About Us
As a Qualsafe Awards centre you have a ‘ready-made’ assurance of our competence to deliver appropriate training. Our first aid trainers are all very experienced and most have worked for the Ambulance Service. Our team also has experience of working in UK Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS), expedition, substance misuse, urgent and primary care settings.
Our Story
Immediate Care Solutions was established in 2003 by experienced healthcare professionals.We offer a wide range of first aid courses and bespoke training to the public and private sector by trainers with first hand knowledge and experience of the course content.
We are approved by Qualsafe Awards, an awarding organisation recognised by Ofqual, to offer regulated qualifications. Our customers have included doctors, dentists, nurses, teachers, engineers, playgroup workers, community volunteers, care workers and staff in the hospitality industry. We also deliver training to vulnerable adult and child groups.
