This two day course is suitable for those spending extended periods outdoors or travelling and includes advice on planning your trip, health and hygiene, first aid and casualty evacuation.

This course is run by a State Registered Paramedic who has undertaken expedition medicine training and has spent over three and a half months working in remote parts of Chile as an Expedition Medic with a youth development charity.

Additional experienced, professional guest speakers will also teach sessions adding credibility as well as interesting and 'real life' stories to the proceedings.

We can run this course at a suitable site near to your organisation and can also offer residential packages if required which will include accommodation and all meals. Evening entertainment can also be arranged on request.

There are plenty of opportunities for delegates to practice new skills including an end of course team scenario. Delegates will be issued with a certificate of attendance following the course illustrating the topics covered.
